Video Volunteers - Coldstream Shelter

Animal Aid is looking for volunteers to come in and film adoption videos of our most needy animals that just need that extra bit of help finding homes.

Opportunity Shops - Blackburn South, Croydon South, Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance
• Positions available in 
• Full day/ Half day per week Monday - Saturday
• Industry leading organisation
The successful applicant's duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Sorting and pricing donations
• Stock rotation
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• General housekeeping in store

Receptionist Office Assistant - Sale and Bairnsdale
• Full day/ Half day per week Monday - Sunday
• Industry leading organisation

The successful applicant's duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
• Greeting clients in a professional manner
• Assisting Local Laws Officers
• General office duties
• Data entry onto our custom web based software
• Updating of database records

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualities:
• Reliable and well presented
• Team player, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Understanding of MS Office suite including Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new computer programs
Previous Reception and/or Administrative experience in a professional manner is preferred but not essential.
